Cpr First Aid Course Online – EMS is an American Institute of Health and Safety Training Center and an American Heart Association Training Site. We offer a variety of courses to meet your needs. All course descriptions and prices are listed below.
We offer Community Courses on our site once a month, these courses require registration by phone or website. Payment can be made over the phone, in person or online and is required at the time of registration. Payment will be considered as confirmation of your participation. We do not offer refunds.
Cpr First Aid Course Online
If you have a group that would like to be trained at your location at a time that is convenient for you, we have that option as well. If you have questions, would like to register for a class or would like to start a course for your group, please contact our office at 210-619-1410.
First Aid, Aed, Cpr Training
This course teaches how to recognize cardiac arrest, initiate emergency medical services and respond appropriately until further assistance arrives. It also covers how to react to emergency drowning situations. This course covers information about adults, children and infants. At least three hours are required for this course and successful completion of the course leads to a two-year certificate. It is offered once a month in the EMS Training Room but group sessions of 5 or more students can be arranged at a time and place that is convenient for your group.
This course covers the basics of first aid and prepares students to provide first aid to both adults and children in a safe and timely manner. It also shows how to prevent injury and disease. Approximately two hours are required for this course and successful completion of this course leads to a two-year certificate. It is offered once a month in the EMS Training Room but group sessions of 5 or more students can be arranged at a time and place that is convenient for your group. *This lesson is for beginners. Please call to schedule a children’s first aid class.
This course is designed for the healthcare provider and covers the management of cardiac arrest within the healthcare setting or in the pre-hospital specialist setting. Key points, including monitoring pulses, compressions and using a mask-valve respirator. About four hours are required for this course and successful completion of the course leads to a two-year certificate. We do not have regularly scheduled classes for this course, however, we will work with you and your organization to schedule training for your team of five or more at your location or ours. Once the online classroom portion of the AHA Heartcode BLS training is completed, this skill test can be completed. After you have completed the course and printed the certificate, you can call our office or register online to schedule a skills testing session. We do not have specific times to organize these programs, we do our best to work with your schedule and the availability of our teachers to complete your exam. Once you have successfully completed the online portion and your skills testing portion, you will be issued a two-year certification card. Free CPR Classes Take one of our free CPR classes. No credit card required. There is no obligation to use the card.

Free First Aid/cpr Classes And Training Online
CPR and other life-saving techniques are easily performed by most people. Even if you can’t perform CPR, you can help save a life. You can learn to give CPR information, and more. Knowing how and when to set up an EMS is important and makes a big difference. Knowing how to clear an air blockage can mean the difference between life and death. The Heimlich maneuver is easy to perform. It has been done successfully with young children, the elderly and even the physically challenged. We encourage everyone to take our free CPR and first aid classes. Especially those with other people.
You can take any or all of our free online CPR classes. With our CPR certification classes, you only pay if you want (or want) the certification. There is no obligation to take the class and no credit card is required (only if you ask for permission).
Although there is no way to pass CPR for free, we will gladly share all the skills and knowledge you need to pass the certification exam. Think of our courses as a life-saving CPR cheat sheet
