I’m writing to you all from the air, thanks to the free in-flight Wi-Fi that JetBlue offers to all passengers. This will be a short review version before I post my full review next week. Today, I’m going to share my experience flying JetBlue’s ‘throne’ seat on their A321 minivan! I booked this flight from New York to San Diego for $515 one way to use the travel credit I have from last year’s flight. Flights From Newark To San Diego Ca
1) JetBlue’s original A321 min configuration on this flight includes 16 total cabin seats. There are 12 berths and 4 suites spread over five rows. Rows 1, 3 and 5 have a 2-2 configuration, while rows 2 and 4 have suite doors that close in a 1-1 configuration. The good thing is that JetBlue doesn’t charge extra for gate-closing seats, and if you book early, you can get it for yourself. These “throne” seats have extra storage and folding room, as well as added privacy. Ample charging ports and storage space are also provided.

2) The seat cushion was on the firm side, but I got used to it and overall it was a very comfortable seat. I was happy with the condition of the hard product even though the flight I was on was the first Mint flight for JetBlue 7 years ago. It was still in good condition. Time will tell if the new Mint suit I flew with will age well. The sunbed was big enough and I had plenty of room. I’m 5’9 and had plenty of extra length to extend the leg. The only negative I would say is that the IFE set back is quite dated and needs to be updated with system analysis and navigation.
3) A comforter and pillows are provided by Tuft and Sui, and they are very good quality (but I still prefer the Casper bed from American Business Class). Includes an unconventional Wanderlust care kit with supplements to boost your immune system, recovery cream, socks and lip balm. Pretty hipster if you ask me! They also gave us an eye mask, earplugs and toothbrush from Taft and Needle – which I didn’t get on my afternoon flight to New York. Maybe because it was an 8am flight. The headphones were provided by Master and Dynamic and were of decent quality.
4) While I tried and enjoyed the popular mint condition vodka cocktail on my flight, I didn’t feel like drinking vodka today, so I got the seltzer version. I really enjoyed it and actually had another one. It is very fresh. Service was excellent, with two attendants checking the cabin frequently to make sure we were well hydrated.
5) After eating a big meal on my flight to New York, I was curious to see what breakfast would be like. Mint service is tapas style from Pasquale Jones and you can choose 3 of 5 small plates (technically 6 for breakfast). I chose Quinoa Pancakes with Caramelized Hazelnuts, Farm Egg Tart with Red Peppers and Potatoes, and Maple-Glazed Bacon. All 3 dishes were delicious. My favorite was the bacon because it was better than most restaurants I’ve been to. I honestly have no idea how JetBlue manages to make such great food on board.

6) What do you need after a big breakfast? Definitely a little coffee to relax. I loved the cappuccino I had on the flight to New York and had to have it again on this flight. The cappuccino was also amazing.
7) Suite door! A nice feature so I don’t have to see passengers on the way, and helps provide a nice office space.
I love the JetBlue Mint throne seat, and even though the plane is 7 years old, the plane was really inside
Like my outbound flight, the food was amazing and it’s the best airplane bacon I’ve ever had. Overall, you won’t be disappointed when you fly the clay and I highly recommend it.

United Airlines will cut about 50 flights a day from New York, New Jersey, to ease long delays that the airline blames on airport construction and other issues.
The cuts — about 12 percent of United’s flights to Newark — will begin July 1 and last through the rest of the summer. United is the dominant airline at Newark Liberty International Airport, which is located just across the Hudson River from New York City and is heavily used by people living in and around the city.
United’s chief operating officer, Jon Rottman, told employees that the airline has enough planes, pilots and other workers to operate its Newark schedule, but cutting the flights “will help reduce delays and improve on-time performance.” will meet”.

Only domestic flights will be reduced, a United spokeswoman said Thursday, adding that United will not drop any destinations from Newark. He said the airline has received an apology from the Federal Aviation Administration for reducing flights.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg held a virtual meeting with airline leaders last week and later threatened to fine airlines if they don’t meet consumer protection standards.
