The result? It’s so beautiful! Check out the first and last one below. I put it on a bowl to dry so it holds its shape. The sweat stain was gone, although no other stains were visible. However, there is one drawback. That little rubber label in the corner has hardened in the dishwasher and is dark and hard to read. Some may say it looks bad, while others may argue that more pressure makes it look better. I love it.

I took an ice cream bucket, put some dish soap in it and filled it with warm water. Meanwhile, I took a cloth from the bucket and cleaned the dirty parts of the hat before putting them inside. Following some advice I found online, I left the cap on for 15 minutes before pulling it off and scrubbing the problem areas for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. I put it back on the bowl to keep it’s shape, wait for it to dry and… it’s not bad.
It’s not perfect, but it’s an improvement, and I think some of the holes in it will disappear over time. Class: B
The rain on their hats makes waves. Just put it on, jump in the shower, use a little shampoo on it and it will wash away all the sweat and oil and dirt.
