Avelo’s first nonstop departure from Dayton International to Orlando is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. Friday, according to the airline. The first non-stop Avelo from Orlando to Dayton is scheduled to leave Florida at noon.

Direct (non Stop) Flights From Dayton To Saint Petersburg
Avelo Air will offer twice-daily nonstop flights from Dayton International Airport in Ohio to Orlando International Airport starting Jan. 13, according to the Orlando Business Journal. This is the carrier’s first service in Ohio.
The new flight follows Avelo Airlines opening a new base in Orlando in June with expansion plans. Flights to Orlando on Avelo Air start at $29 for a one-way ticket. The Orlando base for Avelo Air also has flights to Baltimore, Connecticut and Wilmington, North Carolina.
“We welcome Avelo Airlines’ decision to select Dayton International Airport for its first Ohio route, bringing a new air carrier to our state. Air travel is critical to continued economic growth, and Avelo’s new travel service to Orlando International Airport will enhance the economic performance we are experiencing in the Dayton area,” said Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
Please note that there is non-stop service in Orlando from Dayton International Airport, but to Orlando Sanford International Airport, not Orlando International Airport.
