This master style beach house is within walking distance to five surf spots, amazing local restaurants, pizzerias, shopping, coffee shops and breweries. This family-friendly two-story beach house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Two bedrooms have California queen beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs and the living/common space is on the ground level. The two upper decks have ocean views and the lower deck overlooks the beach. The large meditative garden area has a great view of the ocean, as well as a separate outdoor shower area and hot tub. We are truly grateful for our wonderful stay at Brown Beach House. Every detail was thoughtful – plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, wetsuits, chairs, etc. to use, plenty of toiletries, extra blankets and throws, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge washer and dryer with ironing facilities. fast charger. The location of the house was amazing with ocean views from every room. The beaches were just a short walk away and we loved hearing the waves every night as we drifted off to sleep. This is truly the greatest vacation rental we have ever visited. Many thanks to the hosts and Beachnest for being so hospitable and thoughtful. We loved every minute of our trip.
