The water shuts off randomly without warning, the people at the leasing office are rude when I come to ask for help, and I once saw them hiding in their office with the blinds closed to avoid their work. no response, shuttle service to SDSU (which was the main attraction of this place) was suspended, laundry machines were constantly out of order. Lots of hassle and no help from management or the leasing offices. Also, the price of my unit has gone up about $700 without improving or changing anything. I understand that things can go wrong (like emergency repairs) but what really bothered me was the lack of urgency to help us from reception and the attitude of the people working there whenever asked questions Do not rent here.

The place was quiet, they were very strict about parking, which I liked. The apartment was spacious enough even if you had a roommate. Although the corridors were scary, each wall is a different color, which is weird. Lots of parties, so if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like that, this place isn’t for you. Everything was fine until I dropped out. If you want to break your lease, you can’t leave, you have to find a replacement for your place, just a reminder when you move out. The two went to the leasing office to sign the papers. I had gone and then called them back to update my roommate’s movements and they told me straight up that they didn’t have any information on file to show that she had had a new one.
